According to Empire East Land Holdings Inc. president Anthony Charlemagne Yu, investors and middle-income family end-users continue to purchase units at San Lorenzo Place. “They see its connection to the Magallanes MRT station and location close to the Makati central business district as the ultimate considerations,” Yu declared.
